Roberts brought valuable experience to her new squad, being named a captain before the club’s inaugural season. A preseason injury served as a hurdle, but it was overcome as she triumphantly returned to play late in the 2025/26 regular season. In a shortened season, the midfielder made two starts in nine appearances, elevating the team’s distribution with an 82% passing success rate.
Prior to Sporting JAX, Roberts spent time in the Sunshine State both collegiately and professionally. She most recently played with Orlando Pride of the NWSL, while playing college ball at the University of Florida under the leadership of Sporting JAX Associate Head Coach Alan Kirkup.
