Terms & Conditions: This ticket is a revocable license issued by Sporting JAX (JAX USL, LLC) and may be revoked at any time. The ticket holder must comply with all of the venue and Sporting JAX policies, including but not limited to security and health requirements. This ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. The event date and event time are subject to change without notice. By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder assumes all risks related to the event. The risks assumed include, but are not limited to, injury caused by balls or other objects, crowd-related incidents, and exposure to diseases. The venue, league, Sporting JAX, and related parties are not liable for any injuries or damages. The venue and Sporting JAX reserve the right to inspect all persons and belongings and to deny or revoke entry for any reason, including disorderly conduct or failure to comply with venue and event policies. This ticket may not be resold at a premium price or used for advertising, promotions, or commercial purposes without written consent from Sporting JAX. By entering, the ticket holder grants permission for their image and likeness to be used in event broadcasts, social media, and promotional materials. The following items and behaviors are prohibited: outside food and beverages, weapons of any kind, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, laser pointers, and any disruptive behavior including but not limited to offensive and foul language of any kind. By using this ticket, the holder agrees to these terms and conditions. Violation may result in ejection without a refund.
Automatic Renewal and Payment Terms: By purchasing a season ticket, the ticket holder agrees to automatic renewal unless canceled by the deadline specified by Sporting Jax. The payment method on file will be charged automatically. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to update payment details. Failure to process payment may result in cancellation of tickets. All payments are non-refundable, and any unpaid balances may be subject to cancellation.
Terms and Use of Account Manager: The Sporting JAX Account Manager platform is provided as a convenience to ticket holders for managing tickets. The account holder is responsible for all activities associated with their account. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or tampering with tickets via the platform is prohibited and result in revocation of Sporting JAX Season Ticket Member privileges. Sporting JAX is not responsible for any unauthorized use of an account due to negligence in maintaining login credentials.
Accuracy of Information: Ticket holders are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided, including payment details, and contact information, is accurate and up to date. Sporting JAX is not liable for miscommunication due to outdated or incorrect information. Any discrepancies must be reported to customer service immediately.
Forwarding Tickets: Tickets may be forwarded electronically through the designated ticketing platform. Once transferred, the original ticket holder relinquishes all rights to the ticket, and the recipient assumes all associated responsibilities. Sporting JAX reserves the right to restrict or revoke ticket forwarding in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized resale.
Receiving Tickets: Tickets purchased through official Sporting JAX channels will be delivered electronically or via another designated method. Sporting JAX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected tickets. Any issues with ticket receipt must be reported promptly before the event date.
Rescheduled Events: In the event that a game or event is rescheduled, the original ticket will be valid for the new date and time. Ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund due to a schedule change. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check official Sporting Jax communications for updates regarding rescheduled events. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, the ticket holder may be eligible for a refund or credit at the sole discretion of Sporting Jax, in accordance with the refund policy outlined at the time of purchase. Sporting Jax is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred due to schedule changes.
Cancelled Events: For events that are cancelled; tickets will be refunded in full at the discretion of Sporting Jax. Any ticket that was forwarded to a recipient for any cancelled event will be deactivated and will no longer be valid, and such recipient will have no further rights in connection with that ticket. Any forwarded ticket for any cancelled event will be subject to those policies applicable to ticket holders generally, as such policies may be amended by Sporting Jax from time to time. You understand that Sporting Jax events may be cancelled from time to time and that neither Sporting Jax, nor SeatGeek, is responsible for any loss or damage in connection with such cancelled events.
Trademarks: No ownership or other rights in, or to, the trademarks and copyrighted material contained on any of this website or Sporting Jax websites is granted to you through this agreement and you acknowledge that you do not have any rights in or to any such trademarks and/or copyrighted material. You agree you will not display, transmit, or use any such trademarks and/or copyrighted material in any manner whatsoever.
Compliance with Laws: You agree that while at the venue and/ or event you will not conduct any illegal activity and will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders regarding ticketing.
