Sporting Club Jacksonville, or Sporting JAX, is a professional soccer organization featuring a Jacksonville-based group of investors and executives who operate USL Championship and Gainbridge Super League expansion franchises that began play in 2025. The new club is the first in Northeast Florida to feature both men’s and women’s professional soccer.

Sporting JAX’s lead investor is Ricky Caplin, one of Northeast Florida’s leading entrepreneurs and principal of the Caplin Ventures. Supporting owners and investors include Florida sports legends Tim Tebow and Fred Taylor, experienced professional soccer executive Steve Livingstone and community innovator Tony Allegretti.
